QSLMaster™ acts as an electronic QSL (e-QSL) bureau for ham radio operators. We provide a platform for users to send and receive QSL confirmations electronically, functioning as a specialized email relay service for ham radio activities.

We do not guarantee the delivery, accuracy, or authenticity of messages or QSL confirmations exchanged between users.

2. User Responsibilities
  • Users are solely responsible for the content of any messages or QSL confirmations sent through QSLMaster™.
  • Users agree to comply with all local, regional, and international laws and regulations, including those concerning email communication, data privacy, and amateur radio operations.
  • Users must not:
    • Use the service for unsolicited communications or spam.
    • Send harmful, malicious, or unlawful content through the platform.
    • Use the service for any activity that violates local amateur radio regulations.
3. Limitations of Liability

QSLMaster™ provides the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We are not responsible for any misuse of the service by users.
  • We are not liable for legal obligations or penalties arising from users' activities.
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or interruptions in service.

By using QSLMaster™, you agree to indemnify and hold QSLMaster™, its operators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of the platform.

4. Regulatory Compliance

QSLMaster™ operates as a communication facilitator for ham radio operators. We are not responsible for ensuring users comply with local regulations.

Users acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local, national, or international laws regarding email communications or any other activities facilitated by QSLMaster™.

We reserve the right to terminate service for users found in violation of these terms or applicable laws.

5. Data Usage and Privacy
